General conditions for loading the recipe

1. Service

The recipe upload service is only possible within Switzerland. The reservation of products is only allowed if the purpose is your own or private use. The reservation is free for the customer.

2. Stipulation of the contract

The purchase contract between the customer and the pharmacy becomes valid only after the pharmacist has verified and validated it the original recipe. The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the product from our suppliers or the manufacturer.

3. Data protection

FARMACIA DEL LAGO guarantees a strictly confidential treatment of personal data and protects personal data from access by third parties. The applicable provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are constantly observed. However, the customer must bear in mind that the data collected in connection with the conclusion of a purchase contract can be processed for the purpose of its fulfillment.

5. Applicable law and competent court

In the event of disputes arising from this contractual relationship, Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano.
